Tim worked in the manufacturing sector for 10 years before becoming a management consultant in 1988. Tim has worked in 52 countries and was based in Dubai for two Years. In 2008, Tim began working in healthcare and has won multiple awards with the Management Consultancies Association both individually and for the projects he has led.
Tim was GE’s Healthcare principal partner leading the Delivery of Healthcare projects in the UK and the Middle East. Winner of Change Management Consultant of the Year, finalist in strategy consultant of the year, and quality professional of the year. Three times MCA project winner including “International Project of the Year”. He also served as Associate Partner Atos Consulting Delivery of acute and primary healthcare projects Winning Change management in the Public Sector MCA award.
During his more than 30 years of career, he was engaged in multiple consulting roles in different roles Defined strategy, leadership, process improvement, and quality management system projects and engaged with varied sectors including aerospace, chemical, manufacturing, automotive, and telecom Midlands Excellence Assessor. Tim was engaged with David Hutchins Associates as Director - International Business for Delivery of Training programs internationally including for the Juran Institute. Worked in 40+ countries
